WebNov 24, 2013 · I've gotten myself deep into a pile of shit Artic Cat 400 ATV. Won't run, no spark. I found the magnets in the flywheel had come unglued and slid together. It's hard to get a good source coil output if it can't build up a field. So, I need to glue the magnets back in place and keep them from skidding around. Looking at Locktite E60 HP and H3151. WebJun 22, 2007 · Just don't put the adhesive on the broken parts, just the mounting surfaces. The adhesive would act as an insulator in the magnetic field of the magnet. I have a 82 1100 that has a cracked magnet and it still works just fine. The previous owner pounded the rotor off and cracked the magnet. That particular rotor has three magnets.
