After 40 minutes on the phone to Amazon they maintained they needed the "goods " back before they can process a refund, but it seems clear that the laptop has been stolen either in the warehouse or in transit. Quite often it says estimated delivery in large letters for one day then it says in tiny writing out for delivery for that day so you nearly miss it.
