M201 and M203 set the max. acceleration and feedrate per axis (including E). Klipper has something similar, but not per-axis, so it's not going to be easy to simulate this with a G-code macro.

If it says, "Invalid Parameters", arcs are enabled and the fault is likely with ArcWelder itslef.
