It is in the lease agreement and he is renting month to month. WebbAs a landlord, I generally set it up by charging a bit more rent and then providing lawn care. I set it up with the lawn mowing company to mow multiple homes with a discount. It costs the tenants less than if they had to set it up themselves. And the lawn is done the way I want it to be. Everyone is happy.
