Webb23 mars 2024 · Whenever DimScreen is open, Windows taskbar stops being always on top (even if it's locked). As soon as I close the program, things go back to normal. Because of this I'm now using Pangolin (another screen brightness utility). When I'm not working and screen brightness is at 100%, the taskbar is always on top (as it should be). WebbSo on my Surface Laptop 3 13.5", the screen keeps dimming on it's own on web pages with a dark background. I've adjusted the Intel Graphics settings but it only works randomly not for good. I also have adaptive brightness turned off in display settings. Also my power mode is set to "Better performance" so it's not that.
